All music, recordings, artwork, photographs, and text on this site are the property of Nina Solnzeva (or used with permission) and are protected by copyright. Making songs free to download is a gift to listeners, not a transfer of rights.

Downloaded songs are for your personal, non-commercial listening: your devices, your playlists, your headphones. Enjoy them, and tell your friends about the site so they can get their own copy.

Without written permission, you may not re-sell, re-upload, or redistribute the files; use the music in videos, podcasts, advertisements, games, or other productions; claim the work as your own; or upload it to streaming platforms. For licensing requests (including sync and film), write to contact@ninasolnzeva.com. Genuine requests are welcome.

Joining the list (through the signup form or a download) means you agree to receive emails about new music, upcoming releases, and the occasional note from Nina. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing is instant. How your address is handled is described in the Privacy Policy.

Please do not attempt to disrupt the site, probe or attack it, scrape it in bulk, automate mass downloads, or submit forms with false information. We rate-limit abusive traffic and may block it entirely.

The site is provided as-is. We work to keep it fast and available, but we cannot promise it will always be online, error-free, or unchanged. Songs and features may be added or removed at any time.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nina Solnzeva is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

These terms may be updated from time to time; the current version always lives at this page with the date above. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
