Privacy Policy

Last updated: 31 August 2026

This is the personal website of Nina Solnzeva. We keep things simple: we collect as little as possible, we never sell your information, and everything we do collect exists for one purpose, which is sharing Nina's music with people who asked to hear about it.

What we collect

Your email address, when you join the mailing list or download a song. If the email came with a download, we also note which song, so Nina knows what people are enjoying.

Contact messages: the name, email address, topic, and message you send through the contact form.

Basic technical data: like most websites, our server briefly processes IP addresses to prevent abuse (for example, limiting how often a single connection can hammer the site). This is not used to profile or track you.

What we use it for

Emails on the list receive announcements about new music and upcoming releases, and the occasional note from Nina. That is the whole list of uses. No ads, no selling or renting your address, no sharing with other artists or marketers.

Contact messages are used to read and reply to you, and for nothing else.

Unsubscribing and your rights

Every announcement email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately. You can also ask us at any time to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it entirely. Write to contact@ninasolnzeva.com and we will sort it out.

Cookies and browser storage

The public site sets no tracking or advertising cookies and runs no analytics trackers. Two small conveniences exist: the site remembers your email in your own browser after your first download so you are not asked twice, and a login cookie exists solely for the site owner's admin area. Neither follows you around the internet.

Where your data lives

The site is hosted on Vercel, with data stored in a database hosted by Turso in the European Union and files in Vercel's storage. Announcement emails are delivered through an email service provider. These providers process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

How long we keep things

Mailing list addresses are kept until you unsubscribe or ask for deletion. Contact messages are kept only as long as needed to handle them.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with an updated date. Big changes to how emails are used would be announced to the list itself first.
